Aura Delivery Policy

At Aura, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery process:

We currently deliver across Egypt, with plans to expand internationally soon. For international inquiries, please contact our support team.

2.⁠ ⁠Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3.⁠ ⁠Delivery Time

• Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
• Other Governorates: 2–5 business days
• Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays, etc.).

4.⁠ ⁠Shipping Fees

• Standard Shipping (Cairo & Giza): 50 EGP
• Other Governorates: 70 EGP
• Free Shipping: Available on orders above [e.g., 3000 EGP] or for Silver Tier and above members in Aura Rewards.

5.⁠ ⁠Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to follow your delivery status in real-time.

6.⁠ ⁠Delivery Attempts

Our courier will make up to three attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us, and additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
