• How do I place an order? Browse our collection, add your items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to complete your purchase.
• How long will it take to receive my order? Delivery times vary by location. Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days. Other areas: 2–7 business days. See our Delivery Policy for full details.
• How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
• Do you offer international shipping? We currently ship within Egypt. For international requests, contact our support team.

• Can I return or exchange an item? Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Are there any items that can’t be returned? Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged.
